1.1. The terms and conditions shall apply to legal relations arising upon buying products through the Mereneid e-shop between all persons and Salong Mereneid OÜ, the owner of the Mereneid.ee purchase environment (hereinafter the Mereneid e-shop).
1.2. In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relations arising upon buying products of the Mereneid e-shop shall also be regulated by legislation applicable in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. Salong Mereneid OÜ shall be entitled to amend and supplement these terms and conditions as well as the price list due to the sales campaigns and development of the Mereneid e-shop. Any amendments to the terms and conditions and to the price list shall take effect as of the publication of the relevant amendment on the Internet site www.mereneid.ee. If you placed your order before the amendments to the terms and conditions took effect, the terms and conditions as well as the prices applicable during placing the order shall apply to you, unless otherwise stipulated in law or in these terms and conditions.
2.1. All the prices include VAT of the Republic of Estonia (20%).
3.1. At first we ask you to register yourself as the client of our Mereneid e-shop using for the purpose the Log in link and then proceed to I am a new not registered customer and fill in all the compulsory fields (marked with an asterisk).
3.2. After the registration confirmation has been displayed on the screen, we recommend that you enter My settings (in the top right-hand corner of the website) and fill in all the fields under the Delivery address. To save the information, use the Update contacts field.
3.3. In the case of a legal entity or a sole proprietor please also fill in all the fields under Company information. Thereafter you can save your data by using for the purpose the Update contacts field.
3.4. If you reside in a Member State of the European Union and are a legal entity or a sole proprietor and you have a VAT number, please enter your number in the Comments cell (this guarantees to you sales exempt from VAT).
3.5. The VAT applicable in the Republic of Estonia shall apply to all purchases made through the Mereneid e-shop by private persons of EU Member States.
3.6. If you are a repeated user, then your data have already been saved in the Mereneid e-shop and the only thing you have to do to open your account is to enter your e-mail address and password.
3.7. Now you are ready to start buying in the Mereneid e-shop. For the purpose open from the menu bar Shop and select the category. If you have found a suitable product, use the Add to basket field and you will see your basket in the top right-hand corner of the website which shows the current monetary value of your purchase.
3.8. If you wish to buy more than one unit of this product, replace in your basket under the Amount field number 1 (by default you always buy one product) with such a number in which quantity you wished the product (for example 3, thus you will receive 3 pcs or sets of the product). After the changes have been made, the Update shopping cart field must be used to confirm the activity.
3.9. If you want to continue shopping, move again to the Shop menu and start selecting the products again.
3.10. If it appears that the product that you added to the basket is wrong or not suitable for you, it is possible to remove the product from the basket by using to this end the red cross just before the product in the basket.
3.11. After you have selected the products necessary for your order, select the manner of delivery in the basket. According to the weight of your order the Mereneid e-shop shows you the possibilities for delivery of the order along with the shipping costs. When you have made your choice, confirm it by using the Update shopping cart field.
3.12. The shipping costs shall be paid by Salong Mereneid OÜ for packages inside Estonia if the order value is 50 EUR or more. If the order value is at least 50 EUR, the basket in the Mereneid e-shop shows automatically for the client that the shipping costs are 0 EUR and the manner of delivery is the fastest from the selection – the ELS Standard Courier service of Estonian Post.
3.13. When selecting the manner of delivery, please be very careful in the basket when determining the region of delivery as the evaluation of the delivery costs depends on it.
3.14. After you have selected necessary products and manner of delivery, the order will be prepared by clicking on the Prepare order field. You will see a page that displays the transfer data of Salong Mereneid OÜ in SEB, Sampo and Nordea Pank. You have once more an opportunity to check your contacts or add additional comments about your order in the Comments field. (You can always ask for compiling your order and come to fetch it from the outlet, in which case no shipping costs will be added.)
3.15. If all data about you are correct, click on the Prepare order field. Then you will receive an automatic reply from the Mereneid e-shop on your computer screen and to your e-mail address, which confirms that Salong Mereneid OÜ has received your order.
3.16. Please wait for an automatic confirmation from the client administrator by e-mail that confirms after personal review of the order that the order confirmation is correct and that you can pay for the order. The client administrator may also make specifications to the order confirmation if the product has been sold out in the Mereneid e-shop, but the Internet shop had not indicated that yet. When communicating with the client by e-mail, the final sum of the order shall be specified and this shall be regarded as the order confirmation.
3.17. The contract for sale of products shall be deemed as concluded as from the receipt of the sum payable according to the order confirmation to the bank account of Salong Mereneid OÜ.
4.1. Products can be paid for by an invoice.
4.2. On the basis of the personal order confirmation sent by e-mail by the client administrator you will make a transfer to one of the accounts of Salong Mereneid OÜ (SEB, Sampo, Nordea).
4.3. You will be sent an invoice along with the ordered goods.
4.4. Your order shall be cancelled if you have not paid the purchase sum within 14 days.
5.1. If payment for order confirmation is received to the bank account of Salong Mereneid OÜ on working days (Mon-Fri) before or at 14:00 at the latest, your order will be dispatched to the courier on the same day in the afternoon.
5.2. If you used the ELS Standard Courier service of Estonian Post, it means that the order will be delivered on the next working day between 8:00 and 17:00 (on Saturdays for an extra payment; usually a package dispatched on Friday will reach the client on Monday). If it is not possible to transfer the package to the client on the spot, the courier shall leave a notice from which post office the client will receive the order.
5.3. If you used the domestic registered maxi letter service of Estonian Post (the maximum weight of the order may not exceed 2 kg), then the order will be issued to the recipient on the next but one working day after the day when the letter was posted. A registered maxi letter is issued to the client against signature. If it is not possible to issue the letter, a notice of arrival of the mail is left to the recipient’s postbox on the basis of which the mail will be issued to the recipient from the postal office set out in the notice. It is possible to follow the mail sent by registered maxi letter.
5.4. If you used the domestic regular maxi letter service of Estonian Post (the maximum weight of the order may not exceed 2 kg), then the order will be issued, as a rule, through the postbox to the recipient on the next but one working day after the day when the letter was posted. In the case of a regular maxi letter that is large enough to be put into the postbox a notice of arrival of the mail is left to the recipient’s postbox on the basis of which the mail will be issued to the recipient from the postal office set out in the notice.
5.5. If you are from a Member State of the European Union and used the international registered maxi letter service of Estonian Post (the maximum weight of the order may not exceed 2 kg), the goods shall be dispatched by airmail and according to the EU Postal Service Directive they should reach, regardless of the country of destination, the recipient within 10 working days after the dispatch of the goods. An international registered maxi letter is issued to the recipient against signature. If it is not possible to issue the letter, a notice of arrival of the mail is left to the recipient’s postbox on the basis of which the mail will be issued to the recipient from the postal office set out in the notice. It is possible to follow the mail sent by registered maxi letter.
5.6. If you are from a Member State of the European Union and used the international registered standard parcel service of Estonian Post (the weight of the parcel 2–20 kg), the goods shall be sent by airmail and they should reach, regardless of the Member State, the recipient within 10 working days. An international registered standard parcel is issued to the recipient against signature. If it is not possible to issue the parcel, a notice of arrival is left to the recipient’s postbox on the basis of which the parcel will be issued to the recipient from the postal office set out in the notice. It is possible to follow the registered standard parcel.
5.7. Before signing the waybill (notice of receipt of the order) we recommend that you review the order package and in the case of any external injuries thereto make a relevant comment on the waybill. 6.1. You shall have the right, after payment for the order but before delivery of the products, to cancel your order (usually we post within 2–12 hours) by sending a relevant notice along with the order confirmation number and your bank account number to the e-mail address info@mereneid.ee of the Mereneid e-shop or by calling Salong Mereneid OÜ to +372 6015952.
6.2. After the receipt of the products you have 15 days to examine the products. If the purchased goods are not suitable for you for any reason, you shall have an opportunity to return the product(s) or exchange it/them for another product(s) within 15 days by sending a relevant notice along with the order confirmation number and your bank account number to the e-mail address info@mereneid.ee of the Mereneid e-shop or by calling Salong Mereneid OÜ to +372 6015952. You can return or exchange cosmetic products, electric files and UV-lamps of Salong Mereneid OÜ only if the product has not been used and if it is in the original package.
6.3. When returning products in the case laid down in clause 6.2., you will be returned the amount paid for the purchase (including shipping costs of the goods) within 30 days of the receipt of a notice about the wish to return. The client shall cover the delivery costs relating to the return of the product(s) within up to 10 EUR.
6.4. If the reason for the return of the products is (a) product(s) incorrectly sent by Salong Mereneid OÜ, Salong Mereneid OÜ shall also compensate you, in addition to the purchase sum, for the costs relating to the return of the goods within 30 days of the receipt of a notice about the wish to return.
7.1. Salong Mereneid OÜ shall be liable for any non-compliances of the products that appear within 2 years of the transfer of the products to you.
7.2. Salong Mereneid OÜ shall not be liable for:
1) deterioration of / damage to the products by your fault;
2) any shortcomings that have arisen in the case of irregular use of the product;
3) any normal natural wear and tear in the case of ordinary use.
7.3. In the case of any non-compliances of a product you shall have the right to require replacement of the product for a product that is in compliance with the requirements and to return the product at the expense of Salong Mereneid OÜ.
7.4. When returning a product that is not in compliance with the requirements, the amount paid for the product (along with the costs of return of the product) shall be transferred to the bank account indicated by you not later than within 30 days of the receipt of a notice about the withdrawal from the order and about the wish to return the product. 8.1. All the client’s personal data that have become known during visiting and making purchases in the Mereneid e-shop shall be regarded as confidential information.
8.2. In any issues not settled separately in these terms and conditions the legislation applicable in the Republic of Estonia shall be proceeded from.
